[2023] Help with vessel of memory in monolith

So I'm doing my spirit of fire monolith (level 90) right now and came across a vessel of memory. I haven't unlocked any empowered monoliths yet.

In fact, I haven't unlocked a vessel of memory yet. What's the best way to go about this? Should I corrupt this web to 100-200, and then use the vessel of memory? Or will using a corruption echo also delete the vessel of memory?

It resetes the entire timeline with vesself of memory included i think, also normal moniths can only go to 50 corruption i think, so for 100+ you need empowered but i might be wromg, if so sorry
