Are these boots something that were in your inventory or dropped in 0.8.2 off the ground?

Can you hover over the boots and show me the stats of them please.

You aren’t seeing added mana on your crafting inventory affix list because it cannot be rolled on boots.

I can unsure how it appeared as a prefix on your boots that you picked up off the ground.
