Udyr has 4 stances and no ultimate. And guess what wind drakes give? Ultimate cooldown. Sure you get 10% movement speed for the wind drake soul, but other champions can cast their ultimate and gain an extra 40% movement speed.
First they remove Zz' Rot and now there is a 1/4 chance where Udyr gets no benefits from dragon.
Why they gotta do him like that man.
