[2022] Every day, a post about "unfun" champ design reaches the frontpage. Which champs are actually "fun" to play against?

I would hazard a guess and say that every single champ in the entire game is "unfun" to play against for somebody out there, but lets try to find some champs the majority agrees on.

Now, I know some people will simply pull the Ryze card because (at least until recently?) he was pretty much a free win if the enemy picked them and winning = fun, right?

But are there champs you actually look forward to playing against because its simply a fun and exciting matchup to play, which is neither a free win, nor exhausting and "unfun"?
