You can see that it's legendary by checking the legendary filter in the shop. Fiddlesticks is confirmed to getting a rework next year, and there's a good chance they will increase the quality of this skin to a true legendary when that rework comes. This is an insane deal, and this could mean Riot may continue discounting more legendaries in the future for half off as well. That would be amazing to see. I think we can all agree one legendary skin for half off per month would be realistic, and with Fiddle being the first to do so sets a precedent.
