Title.

They've increased the weekly quest rewards for pass holders by 15 tokens each week for a total of 60 added tokens. However, the pass guide shows there are exactly 20 missions, each giving out 12 tokens for a total of 240. In passes prior to this one, everyone could get as much as 300 free tokens even without buying a pass, which is now reduced to 240, meaning the only thing they've done is screw over people without a pass while pass holders get evenned out.

Another thing I've noticed is that there is no free mission awarding an orb as well, which was usually obtained by playing out 30 games in prior events, screwing both pass holders and non-pass holders alike.

So all in all, they've made the event significantly worse for people without a pass, since they're missing out on a full orb, but are also deprived of 60 tokens compared to prior events. By buying a pass, you get the 60 missing tokens sprinkled in the four weekly quests but you're still missing out on the quest with the free orb from prior events. The've chosen to keep the huge tokens per match nerf despite the backlash it got in the last pass and their promises of "listenning to feedback", but also made the rewards worse for everyone, when they explicitly stated that Pulsefire was going to be more rewarding than Galaxies.

Hey folks - there were a number of errors in that PS article. The quick reason for that is: an early version of the article without final edits and additions is what ultimately went out instead of the final one. Sorry for the confusion

To clarify:

The free missions still have a mission that grants 60 tokens and an orb. The total tokens available from free missions is still 300
