[2024] DM/Personal Chat removed from champ select UNANNOUNCED

Riot has removed the ability to DM and use your personal chat during champ select out of nowhere: https://imgur.com/JURNM2d. No mention in patch notes or any other platform. Are they trying to test our patience with these random changes? Who can we contact about this? This is absolutely egregious, many of us use this feature in normal games to speak with our premades about what champions we’re going to pick without wanting the rest of the lobby to see our conversation (among 100 other reasons that don’t need justification for a feature as common and rudimentary as this to stay?)
