Now that the Eternals files are on PBE, I wrote a quick little script to parse the game files and extract the Eternals stats for every champion.
As a reminder, the first set contains one statistic tracked that is specific to the champion and two generic statistics (kills, damage done, shielding, etc...).
Since there are a sh*tton of League champions, I have posted the list as comments underneath this thread instead (or just ctrl+f and search for your champion's name).
I must say that I am pretty disappointed honestly. Most of the champion specific Eternals are generic variants on "hit X people at once using spell Y" or "hit X people with a maximum charged Y". The other ones are even more generic, with a large majority of the champions having "Damage Dealt" and "Kills" as other Eternals.
