I think what they meant is that all LCS games can be costreamed along with any academy games that take place on Thursday. Academy games that aren’t on Thursday aren’t able to be co-streamed.

Correct, all LCS games and Thursday Academy games can be co-streamed. This basically just excludes Academy Rush.

IMPORTANT: Please hold off on posting any co-streaming VODs, or highlights to YouTube for at least 7 days after the conclusion of the broadcast.

That's weird, I wonder why they do this. Maybe so that they have time to veto something before it's published if they want to?

This is related to Live+ viewership, which takes into account VOD viewership. It's easy for us to track viewership for live broadcasts, but VODs are slightly harder when measuring Live+, so we're asking co-streamers to hold off so we can best track Live+
