[2019] A reminder that winners of EULCS\LEC don't get to keep the trophy. G2 also didn't get MSI trophy.

Even in times of EU and NA LCS, the EU teams were not allowed to keep trophy while NA teams did.

In those times the trophy looked the same for NA and EU but EU got to recycle the trophy every year while NA got a new one every year. And now the same is happening with LEC trophy.

G2 won 6 splits and MSI and didn't get to keep any of these

LCS teams don’t keep the trophy - LCS does make replicas though (we caught up on past trophies in early 2017). So when you see pictures like the one of Andy with the trophies, those are all replicas.
