Riot Phlox Tweeted the upcoming changes for patch 11.24b

11.24b preview coming in hot!

This will be a micropatch Wednesday focused on anything we don't want to let sit over the holidays. It's the last patch of the year!

We've definitely got more changes on our radar than the ones in this patch, but those will be for 12.1 next year.
