Quick Info: I used OpenAi's 117M model and all of the ult descriptions taken from mobafire to train the NN. It's my first time experimenting with NN's, so all I did was follow this simple tutorial, worked pretty well. Currently I'm working on all of the other abilities, my goal is to make one big model containing all of LoL's abilities. That should provide more serious results, since the more to train on the better.

[SUPER MEGA RAGE]
Kai for he won the Mega Rage, gaining 400 / 600 / 750 bonus attack damage and 30 / 55 / 80% Attack Speed. Mega Rage's basic attacks deal 30 / 65 / 90 bonus (+15% of ability power) magic damage.
[THE BOX]
Creates a prison of walls around Thresh, dealing 250 / 375 / 500 (+170% of ability power) magic damage and slowing him by 60% for 0.5 seconds. On escape, at least one enemy champion will be captured and 675,000 units damaged.
The wall blocks 99% of the damage dealt in all directions for the next 8 seconds, dealing 25 / 125 / 200 (+10.7% of ability power) magic damage inwards and 40 / 50 / 70% against structures.
[FEAR BEYOND DEATH]
Volibear sets up and assists Kha'Zix, Aphrodite, and Volibear's foster-children, Yasuo and Hao. Each parent gains 10 / 15 / 20% bonus attack damage upon completing the mission.
Volibear builds up to 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 seconds, while Aphrodite builds up to 8 / 10 / 15 / 20 seconds.
[GLACIAL FISSURE]
Cassiopeia releases a downpour over 3 seconds in an attempt to restore 50 / 70 / 100% Health to her human form. While in human form, Cassiopeia gains 20 / 30 / 40% bonus movement speed.
Cassiopeia's downpour damages all enemies hit while moving and slows enemies immune to crowd control by
60 / 70 / 100%.
[GNAR!]
GNAR transforms into a vicious, frozen spiderling for 3 seconds.
[Gang Strength]
Passive: Gangsly can reduce an enemy to ~50% of his or her level. Gangsly's effect can stack up to once. Gangsly's cooldown is reduced by 99/100/99% and capped at 40 / 70 / 100% for the duration of the spell. Gangsly's full effect set bonus attack damage to 18 / 24 / 30% for the duration. Gangsly's bonus attack damage against enemies below 40% of their maximum health is unchanged.
Active: Gangsly calls down a GangPassive which offendes on approaching it and chains on its way to hitting enemies, dealing an additional 150 / 250 / 350 (+60% of ability power) magic damage and applying Animate Dead! for 6 seconds.
GangPassivesPassive: Gangsly can reduce an enemy to less than 50% of his or her level.

After a brief delay, Natalie reveals her true form to the surrounding crowd and gains entrance to a locked bay. After a brief delay, she slams her idol into the ground, dealing 150 / 225 / 300 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to all nearby enemies and summoning a champion champion that shebles up to 5 times for half duration.
While Natalie is solo capable, Lux is considered a Lux-based champion and cannot be taken as an offensive champion.
Furies are automatically casted when taking down a champion until after 8 minutes have passed.
[SUPREME DESCENT]
Active: Zed becomes enraged, ignoring unit collision and gaining 100% bonus attack damage. An enraged Zed scales down to 7% of current power, down to 6% at maximum rank and at 5% at maximum rank.
[TOMPA]
Evolve into an all-consuming manticore, dealing 40 / 60 / 80 (+40% of ability power) magic damage over 2 seconds and gaining 25% Attack Speed.
Evolved: Manticore level 60
Basic Attack range: 400 / 600 / 750 (+60% of ability power)
Evolved form grants:
- 20% increased scaling resist
- 30 / 40 / 50% bonus AD
[SUMMER'S CALL]
After a brief delay, Twitch empowers his basic attacks for 65 / 75 / 85 (+20% of ability power) bonus magic damage. After 4 seconds, he will swap places with his basic attacks again, dealing the same damage to all other enemies in a straight line. The bonus damage increases by 3% for each 1% of Twitch's health that was already spent on health regen over the duration.
[SPIDER FORM]
Spider Form: Elise transforms into a menacing spider with new abilities.
: Tentacle Form: Elise gains a form of prey that grows larger as she gains health, increased movement speed, and armor. Elise can attack and cast abilities as normal, and she gains an additional attack range when attacking from the back.
: Tenthered Form: Elise becomes completely amphibious and can ride a leopard up to level 70.
: Formosa: Elise becomes quadrupedal, gains 25% bonus attack damage and gains armor penetration, and becomes untargetable while ETP is set to ON.
: Formunculus: Elise becomes trippy, gains 5 armor and 20 health, gains 8 armor penetration, and becomes untargetable while ETP active, her attack range is changed to 200 / 250 / 300.
: Frilljack: Elise becomes menacing, gains 15/30/50 sight radius, and sheds Terrible Suns for 6 seconds.
[Hextech]
Xerath becomes untargetable and teleports to a nearby location. While in hextech, he deals 10 / 20 / 30 (+2.0 per bonus attack damage) (+10 / 15 / 20 (+2.5 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to all enemies in the targeted area and 1 /1.5 /2.5 /3.5% of his total health as magic damage to all enemy champions in the target area.
Hextech can be cast up to three times in a row, but can only be used once.
[SPIRIT RUSH]
Active: Yorick recasts Chain Lightning for 3 seconds, dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+50% of ability power) magic damage and double that damage to nearby enemies.
Yorick's Chain Lightning channel scales with Yorick's size, keeping the same damage total but increasing the slow duration by 10 / 15 / 20 seconds.
While Chain Lightning is active, Yorick gains 200 / 300 / 400 bonus health and his armor is reduced by 50%.
[THUNDERING ASSASSIN]
Thundering Blow: Aflameld deals 3 × 3.5 × 3.75 × 4 x 10% of target's maximum health (+100% of ability power) physical damage and knocks enemies away based on how close Aflameld is to breaking push notifications.
Assassinate: Aflameld prowls the map, gaining near-identical terrain and revealing enemy champions caught in the crossfire.
[COMMERCE DEFEAT]
Reveals all enemy champions (including stealthed champions) for 5 seconds. After a 0.5-second delay, mesh-bound and pad-able people are stunned and knocked up for 1.5 seconds.
Reveals all allied champions (including stealthed champions) for 5 seconds.
[DEATH NIGHT]
Caitlyn takes on the form of a fully-evolved human, gaining an increased stealth and dark arts until she is revealed. She will cloak for up to 5 seconds and then devour the target, dealing 60 / 100 / 140 (+25% of ability power) magic damage to the enemy and their surroundings.
Humanity is a bane to all who value stealth over ability power over long-term health.
Humanity's effects last for 5 seconds and reset after 3 seconds of invisibility.
[XMG]
The XMG is an elite marksman ability that reduces the target's Armor and Magic Resist by 0.5. It is available once every 60 seconds.
Upon activation, Abathur signals his Marksman to head for the target enemy champion's location, this can occur multiple times within a small area. If the target enemy champion collides with the XMG, it sets off an AoE which causes the marker to explode, dealing 200 / 300 / 400 (+75% of ability power) physical damage and knocking up the first enemy champion hit, knocking them both into the air for 1 second in a straight line. The radius and knockup speed increase over the first enemy champion hit are increased to 2 seconds long.
[PERFECT EXECUTION]
Akali dashes in the target direction, dealing 150 / 275 / 500 (+80% of ability power) magic damage and stunning enemies hit for 0.5 seconds.
Once per match, when Perfect Execution hits an enemy champion, all allied minions and monsters in the next 2 seconds are stunned instead of dealt damage.
[PETRIFYING GAZE]
Gragas eyes for up to 8 seconds before launching a spiraling swirl of chemicals over the target area. Enemies in the spiraling area are doused in Glyphosate-based herbicide, dealing the same toxic effects as expected.
Targets who did not die within the time receive a direct X-Ray of Death from Gragas.
