Hi, sorry this happened to you. We are aware and have been working on fixes for this. Thanks for posting, I'll make sure player support sees this game as well.
Edit: Hey all, thanks for the replies. I can't speak to what we will do or how we will rectify this issue. I'm a gameplay programmer and not on player support. All I can say is that we are aware and are looking to take positive action to help players and this problem. Sorry I can't give any more info!
Any word on what's going to happen to people who are getting banned for inting for playing against this? The fact that people are having their honor reset/potentially missing out on ranked rewards because someone used an exploit AGAINST them is laughable and is going to turn so many people away from the game unless it's fixed.
We have been carefully monitoring players getting banned for inting. No one should have been receiving bans for dying to this since Friday. I can't say for sure what process player support has for helping reverse lp loss or bans. Please file a ticket with support if you were hit with that.
