The item gives flat 10% move speed now (a record for AD!) and isn't building out of either Zeal or Rectrix.
Like why has this item have to be SO bad to buy? What did it do wrong?
There isn't a single movement speed item that has raw % MS in its stat and doesn't have at least a component granting 4% (Rectrix) or 5% (Zeal, Winged Moonplate & Aether Wisp) movement speed.
