[2021] Riot, please change the prismatic card sound

Please change the prismatic sound, it hurts my ears. I play on my phone with headphones and have to turn off the sound whenever someone uses prismatics. The problem is getting worse and worse as people are getting more prismatic cards.

It's otherwise a really great game!

Hi there, I really appreciate this feedback! And I tend to agree that after the 100th time hearing the glimmer, it's feeling like a bit like baby Godzilla
