[2022] What would be your biggest dopamine hit in LoR?

A friend and I were discussing how LoR doesn't give quite the same satisfaction through gameplay as other card games because of the difference in satisfaction that you get from games. He was saying there isn't quite that "hit" you get when you win.

So that got me thinking, is there something you consider so satisfying which makes you want to play more LoR?
