[2021] How are people accessing the full card arts for Shurima?

Title - is this only for programmers who know how to manipulate Riot's API? Or is there a way to get the full splash arts from the official Mobalytics gallery? Kozmic has been posting some but not all of the splash arts on twitter, I would love some Demacian ones for my phone wallpaper.
