1. Please contact Player Support and have them delete your 4+ faction decks. This will resolve the issue for you.

2. To all readers, please do not use external sites to create decks over the region limits to produce codes and then import these 4+ faction decks that you can't play in any modes. You will save yourself from encountering this bug. Very few players have ever done this, so this issue is currently limited to a handful of players. All of you may have upvoted this post :)
We will be fixing this bug in an upcoming release to prevent others from accidentally entering this state.

I submitted a ticket a couple days ago and got no response.
We are actively looking into deleting problematic decks from all affected players. I have learned that PS cannot do this action for players, you are correct.
PS can take your account name and problematic deck name to help us double check.
So if I understand correctly, support CANNOT fix the issue, because they can't access our decks?
And we can't fix the issue, because we can't enter our collections... So we're sol?
Edit: Its fixed for me now. Riot support never responded to my ticket, so I cant say if its fixed FOR ME or fixed in general, but I am able to play now and the deck is no longer causing any issues. It's still there, Im about to delete it because f**k this happening again, but if I had to guess Riot actually fixed the game breaking issue, as opposed to just deleting the decks causing the issue, so good on them.
Player Support has been giving the game team IDs so we can manually delete problematic decks until a more global fix goes out in an upcoming update.
