We're aware the Chronos server is unavailable at this time. We are in the process of restarting the server and anticipate approximately 15-20 minutes of downtime. We'll update this thread when Chronos has been restored. Thank you very much for your patience.

As a token of apology, for the next 24 hours, Angel Cat will appear in every town on the Chronos server and hand out 4x Dandy's Golden Balls upon speaking with her. Using a Dandy Ball will grant you the following buff effect.

"1 hr., XP/SP gain +100%, and changes the appearance of your armor into that of a NC Dinos uniform. Also recharges Vitality to the max. Cannot be stacked with the Fall of the Dragon or XP Buff 50%."

Rest assured, I am here every day, reading and gathering information. I am also regularly reading discussions on social media, Discord, and also try to pay attention to in-game chat as much as possible. Right now, there are numerous internal tasks and processes that I'm getting up-to-speed on as I learn my new role. Yes, that is because we currently do not have a Prime Gaming promotion running. The Elmoreden Cloak Box expired on Tuesday, September 6. We'll announce on our website, Facebook, and Twitter the moment a new Prime Gaming promotion begins.

Thanks for letting us know about the missing NPC Roa, on Chronos! We're going to look into what may have caused them to flee their post, and hopefully we talk them into making a timely return. We'll update you when we have more information on this issue!

I definitely like the idea of participating in-game with players in an official capacity, whether it's just for fun, or as a planned event.  I've done similar types of engagement with communities in the past, on other products where I worked as a Community Manager.

With that said, there are many challenges and complications with this type of interaction, and some serious consideration would need to be made in order to organize this form of engagement. Don't be discouraged though, it's something I may look further into down the road, once I have a better understanding of our internal systems, tools, resources, policies, and history pertaining to official in-game presence and activity.
