New Account creation is unrelated to Character creation in-game. Were you creating a bunch of new accounts in a short period of time?

The login queue will appear if the server is over max capacity.

Maintenance for 5/13 has not started yet. Character creation will be enabled after maintenance.

• Character creation will be temporarily enabled for 24 hours and will be disabled again on 5/14 until 5/20.
• An auto-kick timer will be added for players who are dead for 60 minutes. You will receive a disconnection notice with the auto-kick from the server.

Thank you all for continuing to share your feedback on our recent QoL changes! We have seen requests calling for the reduction of NPC attack power in Varka, Ketra, and Lair of Antharas.

Our next hunting zone update in 1-2 weeks will implement a permanent reduction to these areas and several more! We have also been discussing plans for renewing epic raid bosses within the next few months.

The Baium Festival and Aden Tour minigame are the 16th Anniversary Event, which will end on 5/27. The Hunting Zone and PVE Boost will end on 5/13.

We currently have a delay in response times due to a high volume of tickets. Please do not create any new tickets in reference to getting your previous ticket answered faster as we will still answer your ticket in the order it was received. 

Your support tickets are not deleted, but merged into one ticket. Make sure you check your Spam or Trash folders as sometimes the email may end up there depending on the email inbox settings.

We are investigating and bringing the server back up now!

The Dev team confirmed the 20 trillion XP reward for the Tomb Invaders quest should be 10 trillion by default and that all other regions received the same boost from the Anniversary event. It will be reversed back at the end of the event.

Not yet. We will look at changing out this item with a script when the time comes and once the dev team has a fix for us on the reward.
