The World Boss Hunt, Rare Accessory Box, and XP/Drop Boost Events for Level 75+ will come to an end during the maintenance tomorrow. Please share your feedback regarding these temporary changes, as we will be reporting it to the Dev team along with our findings in the game data early next week.
We also have some good news to share regarding crafting materials and drops. The Dev team is now working on a new crafting system that we are planning to implement later next month. As soon as it is ready and fully tested, we will share more details!

We saw some external network issues outside of the US yesterday when there were mass disconnections from the servers for multiple games. The Live servers have also been at max capacity for the last few months due to the global pandemic and some recent changes to the mentee system, which were adjusted during last week's update. Increasing the server capacity is not an option at this time as we have seen server instability (crashes) when the max capacity has been increased by 100 players. We are working on some alternative methods to help alleviate the queue and latency issues.

Not a bug. The event chests cannot be spoiled as they appear on the regular drop list for these mobs. Spoil loot is different from item drop loot.
