Game servers will be down for unscheduled maintenance at 11 a.m. PDT / 1 p.m. CDT / 2 p.m. EDT / 8 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

With this maintenance:

• Fixed an issue where Adena and items would not drop when the Vitality gauge was empty.
• Fixed an issue where the incorrect rewards were given for the Attendance event.
• Fixed an issue where reward was not changed for the “Mentee Development” clan mission after the update. It will now reward you 200,000 Mentee Marks upon completion.
• Fixed an issue where the Adena quantity was scaled beyond the intended design for the Isle of Souls Stronghold timed hunting zone. The Adena quantity has been drastically reduced.
• The Angel Cat NPC will be available in town until 4/29 to provide buffs due to yesterda...

With the newest patch I realized that clan rewards for common repeateable missions is half than before. I mean, clan usually got 560 Clan Rep and I got 2 Vitality Tonic when one quest is completed.

However, now clan is getting 280 Clan Rep. and I got only 1 Vitality Tonic and a dice...

Is this a bug or a omitted/hidden feature?

We will check on the Clan rep. amount being reduced. It seems other regions reported a similar issue after their update.

Once we verify the build has all of the changes, then we will deploy the fixes today (4/23 PDT).

We received no details about Balok changing in our patch notes, but will bring it up to Dev to see if it is a bug or intended design change.

Account creation and character creation in-game are unrelated. We enabled character creation again today for 24 hours and account creation is working. How many accounts have you created in last few days?

You can still exchange the Silver Coins with the Dimensional Merchant.

We are checking on this now. It may be related to the incorrect settings file we received that is causing other issues.

The Drop table is not right. We got a last minute change that gave us outdated rates. We are working with Dev now to quickly resolve it.

Please also check if the items returned back to the sender. They may have it in their warehouse.

The Find Store option still exists in the General Menu (ALT+X) section.

We are investigating why the drops and XP are less than what we requested.

you could better explain this because I think that not all players feel the need to have vitality always full, they just want to level their characters and farm adena in a simple way. Now if you don't wa...

We are looking into the reports of lower XP and Adena drop in hunting zones.

Warehouse overflow. It happens when you have more than 200 items in mailbox.Have to keep retrieving items and relogging.

For the Regular Dice that are in the clan missions, these are for the 16th Anniversary event next week. Hold on to them.
