Nothing will happen to your NCoins, they will still be there.

The Hero Coin exchange will feature the same items as currently available in the Reward section of the L2Store, the only changes are the ones Wissp mentioned....

Get ready for the Spell Caster Unleashed content update arriving on August 1, as World Trade makes its grand entrance to the Lineage II servers! This exciting addition allows players to trade items seamlessly between the Chronos and Naia servers and opens up the opportunity to sell items for Einhasad Gold Coins in the World Trade Market.

With the introduction of World Trade, we want to inform you that the Server Transfer service will no longer be supported after the scheduled maintenance on July 25. To ensure a smooth transition, please make any necessary transfer requests before this date.

We would like to inform you about some upcoming changes to the L2Store and Hero Coin Reward Program. Effective from August 1, the L2Store will be replaced by the Einhasad Shop and will no longer be accessible for regular purchases. Instead, the L2Store will only exist to sell Einhasad's Gold Coins.

As part of these changes, the Hero Coin Reward Program will no longer be supported after August 1st. As a result, you will no longer be able to obtain Hero Coins in the game.

To support this transition, until October 31, the Hero Coin section in the L2Store will be temporarily moved to an exchange through the Dimensional Merchant. During this period, you can use your existing Hero Coins to exchange for specific items in the game. However, after October 31st, this exchange will no longer be available, so please make sure to use your Hero Coins before the deadline.
