This interruption will carry through the scheduled game maintenance on 5/9, but the normalization of web and launcher logins is expected before the game servers are open to the public.

Update 5: The additional emergency maintenance is now completed.

Update 4: We have found the issue that caused the previous fix to not apply to all skills/characters. A new emergency maintenance will be conducted on 05/03/2023 at 12:15 AM PDT.

The live servers Chronos and Naia will be down for approximately 30 minutes.

Update 3: We have verified an additional dual class skill issue that was not resolved during the earlier emergency maintenance. We are currently working on getting this problem resolved, and an additional emergency maintenance will be needed once the fix is ready to be deployed.
