If I don't have Sayha Grace running I get an "adena penalty" and it also states it if you hover over the Sayha Grace xp bar. On TI server I go from like 200 a mob with my split party and with sayha up it will go to 600s give or take. On a server that is already damn near impossible to make adena without botting or many toons and supports, why make it EVEN HARDER to get adena. This is no good! Try getting a hold of Customer Support through email at [email protected]. They should be able to help you log into your account, and help change your pin. Good luck!

This is a known issue. This problem can be avoided if you close the windows on Aden and then log into Live.

The shared client limit for Classic and Aden is 10, but the limit for Live is 3. Since you already open 3 for Aden and wanting to open 1 for Live, you won't be able to because it puts the shared limit to 4.

On event description there are no such rewards listed at all!
The team verified the Raid Master Chest is dropping the correct items. You may have killed Keber who does not drop the Raid Master Chest, but the Aden Talisman Enchant Box.

Customer Support assures us that they're addressing the tickets for this issue. Some of these purchases may have triggered fraud alerts, which means the Fraud Team has to manually investigate/review/approve purchases that trigger these high-risk alerts. They ask that you continue to report any issues directly to Customer Support in case there's any other impacting issue.
