This is an updated Known Issues thread. If you do not see an issue listed here, don't be alarmed. We are still working though and adding information to this thread. If you are still experiencing the resolved issues, be sure to restart your client and update via the launcher. Some issues may take longer to resolve as it may require a patch.

Known Issues

• The Scroll: Regular XP/SP Boost from the Friend Zone Pack is missing the buff description after the scroll is consumed.
• The Sayha's Grace UI contains several localization issues including a typo about an "Adena Drop Rate Penalty" that is not applied for our region.
• Picking up a Love Potion causes a graphical issue where skills from the Kamael race are "grayed out" on the hotbar, but they can still be used during hunting.

Known Issues

• The "No PVP" setting for the Field of Crisis special hunting zone is not working. 
• The texture for the Queen Ant raid boss is missing.
• The Male Human Wizard model is missing textures when wearing armor with the Party Dress Outfit Appearance applied.
• The Ertheia model is missing textures when wearing armor with the Formal Wear Appearance applied.

The cutoff period for our update was 11/11, but the Neutral Zone change came after on 11/25 in Korea. The dev team combines all the updates together for overseas regions  and cuts them off at a certain point. By the time 11/25 rolled around, they were almost complete in the process of merging the updates together from June to Mid-November. With upcoming Wild Horizons update on Wednesday (2/3), the following changes will be made to Spirit Ore and Soulstones:

- Changes were made so Soulstone/Spirit Ore items can no longer be exchanged, dropped, sold at private stores, shared dimensionally between accounts, sold to NPC stores, or used in the Auction House.

Hello Adventurer, 

NCSOFT has changed payment providers for purchases of NCoin and Prestige Pack subscriptions. If you have a recurring subscription or your payment details saved on your account, it has been safely transferred to our new provider, Braintree.  

No action is needed from you but if you have any questions regarding the change, please refer to our knowledge base article here.

@Himehi do you think the sort sharp (almost dismissive ) response is reasonable of a gm and employee to your customer base? We only wanna know what to expect from an update that will effect us all in some way. It’s normal for most big organisations to give reasonable advance notice of changes. It is not unreasonable of us to expect patch notes a decent amount of time before it becomes live and you damn well know it.

The Dimensional Server will be unavailable Friday, January 29 at 10:30 a.m. PST (7:30 p.m. GMT+1) in preparation for the Wild Horizons update. This is for Lineage II Live only. The Dimensional Server is scheduled to return on Wednesday, February 3 after the game update.
