We are working on bringing Red Libra back. There is no ETA yet as to when but soon™. Having some of the Red Libra features permanent would be a nice addition to the game but for the foreseeable future, Red Libra will continue to make it's frequent return.

We have had a ticket in with the dev team along with other regions for the issue with the party members not receiving L2 Coins. It is being reviewed again by the Dev team.

I have also added it to the known issues list.

If you start a client, and on the ToS (Terms of Service) screen you press Enter in order to accept it, you will not be able to proceed further. Not even the mouse click will work from now on, you have to exit the client and start over.

After passing the ToS screen you can use Enter as before.

We are not able to reproduce this issue. Did this issue just start today for you?

  • Every hour, participating players will be part of the lottery. Oriana will make five attempts each hour to draw a lucky winner. Each bar in the Lucky Draw UI represents an attempt. It is possible that no winner is selected for that hourly drawing.

Just curious because it does not state it.  Times I am assuming are server times for the prizes too correct?

The Greater Jewels you get for the Lucky Coin exchange are good to use until the event ends.

Lottery drawings for rewards are by the server time.
