We did not roll back anything and deployed network changes to the servers.

We will consider extension of settings after we have verified the issue has improved. In addition to the server files, the client will also be reverted back to the previous version.

About the exp ??

The server files that were deployed on 10/7 will be rolled back, not the player data.

Only the server file is being rolled back, not the server boost setting. It will still be 50%.

Game servers will be down for unscheduled maintenance today, Friday, October 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. PDT /  1:00 a.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours.

With this maintenance:

• Client and Server files will be rolled back to the previous version prior to the 10/7 maintenance.
  • Several bug fixes from 10/7 may become undone with this change.
• Server network settings will be adjusted.

Note: The server queue will still be temporarily enabled, but we will remove it once we verify the performance has significantly improved.

The Live game servers will be briefly restarted beginning on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. PDT / 10:30 a.m. CDT / 12:30 a.m. EDT / 5:30 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.

With this maintenance:

• Servers will be briefly restarted to address the latency delay issues when the servers are close to max capacity.
• The login queue will be temporarily enabled to prevent further server instability and delays, while we wait for a hotfix from the Development team. We apologize for the inconvenience as you may experience a longer queue time than normal.

We are currently investigating the latency delay issues on the Live servers.

• Removed the item drop penalty for when a Chaotic character with 4 PKs or higher is killed by another player
• Reduced the item drop penalty to 1 item per drop when a Chaotic character with 4 PKs or higher is killed by a monster or NPC

During the upcoming maintenance, we will be making the following changes to PVP:

1. Changes were made so characters and summoned NPCs (pet/servitor) of "rival" clans are recognized as enemies regardless of their status (white/purple/chaotic).
   • The characters and summoned NPCs of rival clans can be attacked immediately without the use of combat mode or forced attacks and are damaged/affected by ranged normal attacks and ranged skills. (Example: Thunder Storm)
   • Buff/healing skills are not applied to the characters and summoned NPCs of rival clans. (Example: Chain Heal)
   • Buff/healing skills can be applied if you become systematic allies (party, command channel, siege mercenary, etc.) with characters of rival clans.

We have verified that the 50% Party Hunting Bonus is currently not working and will need to be fixed during the next maintenance. The party hunting bonus will be temporarily increased to 100% starting on 9/30. Apologies for the inconvenience!
