The September “Rage with the Machinist” Update arrives in Arkesia tomorrow. Downtime for the update will begin on September 28 at 12AM PT (7AM UTC) and is expected to last 4 hours. Downtime for regions with server merges is expected to take longer, estimated up to 16 hours.

The Machinist arrives in Arkesia and an old threat also resurfaces in the next Legion Raid; Mayhem Demon Legion Commander Kakul-Saydon. Find the full list of updates here.

The South America and Europe West regions are now online.

Europe Central region servers are still disconnected while we implement server merges. As mentioned, this extended maintenance is due to the sheer volume of information that needs to be moved from one server to another.

Progress update for EU Central:

Our server team is telling me that we are looking at an estimated 3.5 hours remaining of downtime to complete the merge and update for EU Central.

Hey everyone a new update:
We have worked with Smilegate to get a fix for the Aura of Resonance not resetting correctly issue. We are working to get this deployed as soon as possible, however, this will also necessitate a downtime for all regions to release this fix.

As this is a necessary fix for all regions and to reduce potential confusion of opening the server and taking them down shortly after the current plan is that we are going to hold back on opening EU Central until after this new update is deployed.

We should have more information for you very soon, so please stay tuned. We appreciate your patience while we work through getting this issue resolved and everyone back in Arkesia!

All servers will be coming down at 2 PM PT for a maintenance to fix the aforementioned Aura of Resonance issue. When this is complete, all servers and regions should be ready for play. We’ll let you know when everything is back up and running, and if anything changes in the meantime!
