I am trying to understand, is the issue that you want more language dedicated servers?
Why would you need to transfer?
You could play on a server with no queue, I am trying to understand better why you feel that isn’t possible.
Are your friends also sitting in queue to play on a high pop server instead of all of you agreeing to go to a lower pop server?
If we were able to add more language dedicated servers would it solve this issue? Or would folks still not move because their friends won’t move?

I think having opened your Founder’s Packs and then not being able to login is 100% a valid issue and I’ll discuss with the team.
I also hear the complaint that folks want guidance on where to go based on language. They don’t want to be one a server where the dominant language is not theirs.
For folks who only have one server option due to your friends not being willing to move for you, there isn’t likely anything we can do.

I think that folks have claimed their Founder’s Packs and can’t reclaim them on another server is a big hurdle. I understand why this is the case from a game economy standpoint, it would be highly exploitable to let folks claim them on all servers. But it also means folks can’t easily just start fresh on a server with no queue. So opening new servers won’t solve this easily.
I can see how that comes across oblivious, because I was, over the course of the thread you can see me asking questions and starting to better understand the situation. Hopefully folks can see I was genuinely trying to understand all the factors in the situation.
I can add on an additional timezone; please be aware that since the server restart was happening within ~5 minutes of the messaging time, this was posted with immediacy in mind to inform players as soon as possible over all else.
This has also been posted on Twitter prior to your post. We will let you know when servers will be back up as soon as we know; this is not a routine maintenance but instead an action to address the permanent loading screens players were encountering with urgency.
At this time I cannot provide any additional information on the topic that Seawolf hasn’t already shared; we are trying to uncover new possible avenues to help improve the experience players are having with high pop servers.

I am working with the team on the issue where Founder’s Packs have already been claimed on servers where everyone is trying to login.
I have no updates to share. The team understands the situation and are working on possible solutions.
Unfortunately, servers have caps for technical reasons. Raising that cap beyond what has been tested to work correctly introduces risks.
Unfortunately, I am not a server tech, so I don’t want to make statements outside of my depth of knowledge. But I can tell you the team is aware of this issue and exploring all possible solutions to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
