We are actively working to improve our tools surrounding bans, anti-cheat, and all that good stuff. In the meantime, please report these folks (are bots folks? bots.) when you can, so that our support staff can execute order 66 rapidly remove them from the game.

It is more like a game of whack a mole where you squash one site from some random part of the world and another two spring up. The real solution is likely to continue investing in detection and moderation tools for these accounts and to disrupt the way they operate.
Regardless, we do care about this issue and the team is working to address it in a variety of ways (since a single approach would not be enough).
