Milgrid the Mining Mage has an ability called "Deepest Dwarf" - it's really hard to tell you've purchased this ability because of how the icon is grey even after you buy it.

Thalia, the Thunder King has 2 abilities with the same icon (Lightning Rod and Storm Rider). Considering most people are only interested in Storm Rider, it'd be nice if these abilities had different icons. It's his most important ability.

merging runes is easier with slot merging. But since only the top levels of runes are merged/proposed, there is no overview how many runes of a specific level are hidden in the remaining low levels. I know you don't care much about having any clear definitions to the Magical (and Supernatural) tags, nor to have any general tag-consistency. But the Tank tag is a function tag (like Clicker, DPS, Support, Healer and Goldfinder), so it has to have a legit reason for its existance, don't you agreed?

EDIT: Just to be clear, I wouldn't want the Tank tag to be removed from him, but rather that something (even tiny) was added to him which genuinely qualified him as a tank. For example, his first skill seems like a good spot to add something tank-related (like extra health or something).
