A recent increase of fraudulent transactions of accounts and items through the unauthorized website was brought to our Customer Center, acting as a trade agent luring our users with cheap cost, in-game trade and accounts with certain items.

It is unfortunate but impossible for us to recover the damages that you had by using these fraudulent trade platforms. Please be cautious of those trades held in unauthorized websites since MIR4 does not help recover any fraud damages suffered from individual trades.

We ask earnestly to our players that there is always a risk with trade methods that offer items and accounts with low prices or ask for account details.

Addressment and clarification of the abnormal Darksteel exploitation 

We have recently detected an abnormal spike in the number of Darksteel obtained by a small group of individuals in the game. Upon closer examination, we were able to identify an abnormality associated with recurring receipt instances resulting in identical receivable items to temporarily become claimable. 

The main issue stems from this abnormality being exploited by certain individuals to repeatedly claim unwarranted Darksteel in the game.

In continuation of our on-going efforts to provide players with a fair and safe gameplay environment, we will be restricting Guest Account access to MIR 4 starting from November 30th 2021.

MIR 4 players were able to begin gameplay without linking personal Social Network accounts (Google, Facebook, Apple) with their game accounts. These non-linked game accounts are known as Guest Accounts. Guest Accounts store game data locally on the original device and therefore possesses risks associated with loss of game data when changing your game device or platform.
