It has been submitted through our customer center and community by some of our users that there is an issue regarding the settlement process in the in-game market, resulting in failure to claim Gold after selling their items.

We are doing our best to find out the cause of the issue and unclaimed gold will be sent in a lump after the fix gets done.

Our team is well aware of the hardship of putting up with inconveniences but please be patient and we will give back the unclaimed gold as soon as possible.
