During the process of detecting abuse patterns by Fraud Detection System, numerous accounts were banned.

We have investigated these accounts thoroughly and we have lifted restrictions for 194,182 accounts.

- Accounts investigation period : December 9th ~ December 14th
- Number of accounts restored: 194,182

We will continue to do our best to provide you with a safe and fair gaming environment.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against the use of unauthorized programs or software, manipulation or tampering of game data, and intentional exploitation of game systems.

To date, we have permanently restricted more than 6,745,600 accounts.

We have confirmed an issue of 'Divine Dragon's Blessing' getting reset or being unable to claim after Wayfarer Travel due to the failure on transferring combination failure data. Related to this issue, our team has done revision work on the data that had this issue until the maintenance today.
