Our team confirmed that NFT characters could not be loaded on the NFT servers and immediately proceeded on finding the cause of the issue. After the check, we announce to you that the issue is now resolved and you can normally use the Load NFT feature.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you had to suffer due to the malfunctions on the Load NFT feature.

We will do our best to provide a stable service.
