A known issue of being able to purchase 'Wayfarer Travel Pass II' product more than the purchase limit has been fixed through the Temporary Maintenance conducted on February 9th.

■ Issue Details
- Issue of being able to purchase 'Wayfarer Travel Pass II' product registered in the Shop which exceeds the purchase limit.

■ Measures
- Purchased Wayfarer Travel Pass that exceeds the purchase limit has been retrieved and the Gold that you spent on purchasing the product will be restored via the in-game mailbox.
※ There might be a difference in the receiving time of the mail since the restoration of Gold will be conducted sequentially.

We have confirmed that some characters are able to buy 'Wayfarer Travel Pass II' product over the purchase limit in the Shop and we take a step for being turned these product into the non-purchasable status temporally.

We are currently working on figuring out the cause of the issue and doing its best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

After the Update Maintenance conducted today, we have confirmed that some Dragonians are suffering from the issue of being shown as the cancel status of ongoing 'Conquest Promotion' and not being able to promote the Conquest again.

The Conquest Promotion is being exposed the cancel status but if Dragonians had been promoting their Conquest before the Update Maintenance, actually it is ongoing status.

So please kindly refer to be going to be finished normally after arriving the Conquest Promotion time.
