Notification: We have released patch Ver.3.6.1.1 to address the following issue:

- When launching the full version of Monster Hunter Rise for the first time, the game fails to complete a proper save and cannot be started.


If you experienced this issue before applying the patch,
please follow the below steps after applying the patch.


1. Disable Steam Cloud and quit the game.

Go to your Library in the Steam client, right click on Monster Hunter Rise, then select [Properties] > [General] > [Steam Cloud] and remove the check mark.



2. Delete save data from the local files for the full version.
Go to the below folder and delete the "remote" folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(User ID)\1446780\

The full game of Monster Hunter Rise will release worldwide on January 12.

We will simultaneously make several paid DLC items available, but it may take some time for all products to show up on the store.

In particular, bundles that include multiple items of paid DLC at a reduced price will only show up on the store once each item in that bundle is available separately on the store.
Please keep this in mind when purchasing DLC.

Hey Hunters,

Welcome to 2022, we hope you all had a great time over the holiday period!

For our fourth instalment of Kamura Hunter’s Hub we’re going to be showcasing some areas and characters of Kamura Village that you’ll find very helpful to be aware of.

New Features: The Steam version adds new visual filters to give players expanded options over their hunting experience.
By changing these filters in the 'Advanced Graphics Settings' options, you'll be able to play the game in black & white, sepia, Japanese style, or Warring Lands-style, allowing for an experience that's a bit different than usual.





Monster Hunter Rise will release worldwide on January 12.
The full version will include all of the content of the Nintendo Switch version up to Ver.3.6.1.

Hey Hunters,

Welcome to our third instalment of the Kamura Hunter’s Hub, our regular community update for you, the Monster Hunter Rise Steam community!

In this week’s post we’ll be highlighting the offensive capabilities of Wirebugs through the use of techniques called “Silkbind Attacks”, as well as taking a look at two more Monsters and their updated textures for the PC release of Monster Hunter Rise.

When Monster Hunter Rise launches on Steam, it will include all of the content up to Ver.3.6.1 of the Nintendo Switch version.
We are also planning to synch the content with the Nintendo Switch version at the end of February 2022.

Please note that the game does not support cross-platform play or cross-saves with the Nintendo Switch version.

Below is some of the content you'll be able to enjoy when the game launches.
This content was added in updates of the Nintendo Switch version, but will be available at launch for the Steam version.

Addendum:
We have confirmed that this issue does not occur in the full version of the game.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to anyone who played the demo.


Details:
We have confirmed an issue in the Monster Hunter Rise Demo resulting in the player character flickering on the Character Select screen after selecting a quest, when using certain AMD Graphics Cards.

This issue only occurs on the Character Select screen, and does not affect any of the gameplay after selecting a character.

We are currently looking into the cause of this issue together with AMD.
We will let you know as soon as we find out more, so please bear with us for the moment.
