Monster Hunter Wilds will also be playable to the public for the first time ever at gamescom 2024, held from August 21 to August 25 in Cologne, Germany. Ahead of the event, we'll be regularly releasing video shorts that showcase basic hunter mechanics and a give a brief introduction about each of the 14 weapon types. The hit RPG Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin has sold more than 2 million copies, and is celebrating the third anniversary of its Steam release on July 9th! Monsters from Monster Hunter: World and Iceborn such Velkhana, Anjanath and Legiana make an appearance, too!
Its predecessor, Monster Hunter Stories, was released on Steam on July 14th, so if you haven't done so already, be sure to check it out!
