Xbox Zen Purchasing

Greetings Adventurers,

We are aware of the issue blocking Xbox players from purchasing Zen through the in-game interface. We are working on a fix and hope to have it live in a future patch. In the meantime, players can still purchase Zen through the Microsoft Store.

We will be updating this forum post with any updates when available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Greetings PlayStation Adventurers,

As of this morning (Pacific Time), PlayStation players who have logged in since January of 2022 were sent an in-game mail with 4 Enchanted Keys and 1 Week of VIP. Please accept this gesture of appreciation for your patience during the recent extended downtime.

Note: The VIP reward does not provide additional ranks. Players who have never purchased VIP will remain Rank 1 for their first purchase and then increase ranks with subsequent purchases.
