Xbox Zen Sale - Nov. 16-Nov. 22

Greetings!

Zen is on sale for Xbox starting today until November 22. Please note that due to third party scheduling, Xbox will not have another Zen sale during the Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday timeframe.

Other platforms will have sales at a later date.

[All Platforms] Extended Maintenance - November 16

All Cryptic games will undergo extended maintenance on Tuesday, November 16. For Neverwinter this will impact Dragon (PC), Drider (Russia PC), Lich (Xbox), and Balor (PS).

PC - 5am PT to 10:30am PT (when is this for me?)

Console - 5am PT to 9:30am PT (when is this for me?)

Siege of Neverwinter Issues

Greetings Adventurers,

We have identified a fix for the following two Siege of Neverwinter issues:


NPC guards not spawning in Stronghold for "Send Aid to Neverwinter" daily mission.
Boss NPC not spawning sometimes when Cult Assault or Cult Invasion HEs occur back to back in the Siege battleground.


Our goal is to get these fixes in an upcoming patch targeted for November 16.
