[2021] I want to apologize on behalf of all no lifers here

Because all companies are made up of people working extremely hard.

We do understand frustrations around our weekly patch down times. The team is working hard to improve this experience.

I understand folks are frustrated by insulting the team isn’t going to be allowed. Please find constructive ways to provide your feedback.

I have no issues with folks complaining, however its not ok to start throwing insults around.

We hear this feedback, we’ll make sure it is shared with our release management and server teams.
