[2021] Dozens of bug reports for the same issue. Still not on dev tracker/known issue list

Thanks for compiling these! This quest specifically has been surfaced to our Dev team who is actively investigating this bug.

We have also escalated that to our developers but unfortunately I don’t have a status update at this time.
