[2023] My items are still missing

Looks like you were one of the players who had logged out while their character was dead prior to the Season 1 update.

This downtime post should provide additional information but in summary, we’re working diligently on a subsequent patch to grant the items those players lost, when the initial Season 1 - Fellowship and Fire Update was released.
