To address issues reported on Mag Mell where wars triggered and completed prematurely, we’ll be continuing our downtime to roll the world back to 4:20pmPT, before this issue occurred. We will not be rolling back your characters or impacting character data. If you lost a home as a result of this issue that should also be restored to you.
When the world is back online, if you continue to see any issues after the rollback is complete please return to this thread and let us know what you are experiencing so we can determine next steps.
When we have an estimated time back online I’ll provide an update here.

Good news, we have finished maintenance and the world will be available again shortly but we need your help!
Get in and play and let us know if any issues remain, has everything returned to as it should be?

That playtime is now tied to your character, and we didn’t roll back character data so that will be a battle scar for you.

You should kick up a Support thread but I would do the following:

  • Make sure Steam is up to date
  • Make sure EAC is up to date
  • Verify your files on Steam
