I’ll just take a moment to jump in and remind everyone that sometimes people can just be good players in PvP games. Sometimes folks are just that good. However, some are cheaters and we do not accept cheating in New World. If you do see a cheater or botter (whether in PvP or out in the world), report them immediately through our in-game report function. This is the best method in order for the case to be reviewed timely by a Customer Service agent. Assuming other players will take care of it will result in the bad actor sticking around much longer than they ought to.
Outside of direct user reports though, we do leverage both our Easy Anti-Cheat solution and other internal metrics, monitoring, and prevention solutions that are constantly being updated and tuned. Online security is never ending.
