[2021] Proof that Community Managers are lying about auto-ban?

I do understand the confusion here.
Here is what actually happened, here are actual facts.

That’s because she was participating in the Battle For New World event as a paid promotion.

The moment captured on screen is when our Dev team activated her account backend to be able to skip queues to hop in an play moving forward without waiting. It flagged a ban message on screen but she wasn’t actually banned and continued playing right after.

Now I know this isn’t as juicy a story but it is the truth.
