I’m sorry the you have encountered issues while trying to craft and fast travel. Have you tried the following?:

1. Run a Steam Integrity Check for New World.
2. Make sure that your Windows install is fully up to date with no update pending.
3. Reboot System.
4. Uninstall and Reinstall New World.
5. Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat .

The issue in US East has had broad impact on some, but not all, world instances. There are engineers attempting mitigation right now, but we do not have a timeframe yet for when the impacted worlds will be back up.
