Good morning all! Please remember to be kind! The entire team is working hard on making sure the servers are healthy and strong before they are battered with waves of players. We’re all eager to have a fresh start and we’re doing our best to get things up open ASAP.

There will not be a delay on those servers

The team is aware of the black screen some of you are experiencing. It will usually take a moment to load and then to a queue.

If you hit the black screen DO NOT TOUCH anything, it is loading.

The servers are handling a HUGE intake. Please give it a moment and queues are expected. If you hit the black screen, don’t touch anything, the game is just currently loading and grabbing a spot in queue.

Queues are moving quickly, please be patient and be aware this was expected. Reminder to check out the other servers released throughout the day.

The queues help slow down the join rate to prevent crashing. Queues are moving quickly and servers will reach max pop.

There will be other servers opening around the world throughout the day today.

They are planned to be opened on the times that were announced, no current delay.

I’m talking to the team about this now.

Please do NOT delete characters, there is a limit to how many characters can be made. I’m working with the team now to address this but please be aware.

Please be careful with leaving queue to make another character, there ARE limits to prevent character spamming (bot protection) and you’ll be locked out for a time limit.

We are currently working on a solution for those who are unable to create new characters.

If you’re hitting a black screen on creation, please refrain from leaving it or tabbing out. The queue will pop up and your character will be available.

If you did leave queue, refresh your character list to see if that character is then available for log-in.
