This thread and the previous thread are generating a lot of reports. It is not uncommon for threads to get closed or unlisted and scrubbed when they are producing such large volumes of moderation reports and violations. This thread will also likely get closed and scrubbed.

Is it possible you're opening old chests? Chests give items with power based on the level of your highest character at the time when you obtained the chest, up to level 30 (past level 30 it's based on the extra levels from all characters).

Additionally, Recruit chests are capped at 100 power and Veteran chests are capped at 200 power.
